Lash egg?

During my morning chicken routine, I found what I know think may be a lash egg on the floor of one of my coops. At first, after directing it, I thought it was some shredded interior liner based of how it unrolled a d how rubbery and tough it felt. I found some previous posts on here with pictures and it looks similar buy I habent seen any that unravel like the one here. Looking for confirmation. Based off my brief research, it looks like there isn't much I can do at home to address this?

I think it's just half digested paper. Sometimes my hens will eat stuff and throw it up later. However I've never heard of a lash egg so it could be
