Lash material

I have gotten my fair share of odd eggs, but never lash material or a lash egg. Found this in the nesting box today. Hoping, whatever this is, is just a glitch.

So, lash egg or not?

Yes, this is lash egg material and quite a lot of it.

Guess I will just watch for any chickens acting off. Not sure who is laying them yet.

Found the culprit and she is still doing well. No lash eggs since. I am assuming it was just a glitch. So yeah, that’s the quick update.
