Last Hen to ID. Please Help!

I bought from a local feed store and TSC to rebuild my flock this year. I did not do a good job of writing down what I got, but I'm fairly certain this came from TSC. The only thing that I bought that wasn't what I would consider a standard egg layer breed was what TSC called an Asian. I have searched and found Asian Blues but I don't know that this is the same thing. I was also confused by the feathers sticking out of her head. I initially thought that a rooster caused that but on a closer look it seems to be growing that way. Searching for chicken with feather on head resulted in lots of polish pics and health related threads.

So if anyone has any idea what I have I'd appreciate it!

It looks mixed to me. Maybe a (Welsummer x Legbar) Olive Egger?
