Late blooming rooster?

Can anyone tell me if I have a 2nd rooster? It looked like the rest of my austrolorp hens until about 2 weeks ago when I noticed her comb and wattle were getting bigger. She will be 5 months next week (all of our hens will be). None of our hens have started laying yet. Can roosters be late bloomers? I have never heard her crow and she has never tried mounting any of the hens. Our rooster has done all those things but he is younger.

I have attached pictures of one of our hens, the chicken in question and our current rooster.

I agree with everyone else, she's a hen. She looks like she has a medium-large sized comb. After a certain age, comb size isn't always a determining factor in rooster vs hen.
