Late hatch

I have a staggared hatch at the moment. The first egg was due the 22nd but it still has not hatched. I took it out breifly tonight and the chick is still moving in the egg. Is there something I might have done wrong to delay the hatch?

Your thermometer may be off. Having the temp to low will delay the hatch. But if its just one egg it may just be slow.

If the temp is few degrees to low will it delay the rest as well?
