Late hatchers

we are hatching chickens this yr and they are late hatching I have candles the eggs and I can see the chicks fluttering around in there eggs but they're at day 27 in the incubater and I don't have any idea what to do

Day 27? What's the temperature in your incubator at the level where the eggs are...not above it - and what's your humidity? Is there any cheeping, and can you tell if there's been an internal pip?

I keep it at a steady 100° humidity is 55°\• its crazy i have never had this happen

No cheeping no pips temp is 100° humidity is 55°\• and my gage is at egg level

I have had something similar happen with duck eggs. I just watched and kept candling as long as there is movement it’s alive.
