late hatching chicks???

so im hatching chicken eggs for the first time ive only ever done ducks. the chicks are a few days over due.. i candled them today and their moving but not making any hatching progress. got any advice i dont know what to do.

There's not much you can do at this stage but wait and see. Maybe the temperature has been a little low?
