Hi ! I am new to the site and i have a couple of questions in regards to hatching questions. I have 2 fertilized eggs in a Brisnea 20 incubator. Today is day 27 and from what I have read in regards to mallard eggs the hatch should occur on the 27th day. I increased the humidity on day 24 of the cycle to 65% and stopped tufning the eggs and went into lockdown. Before doing this i candled the eggs and could see both ducklings moving. I am looking for some direction as to what to do in the next 24 hours if i still dont have a hatch? I am hesitant to lift the lid to candle theceggs again or to see if i hear peeping due to reading how important it was to not open the lid

    Hello!
I am new to the site and have noticed your name come up a couple of times in regards to hatching questions. I am hesitant to lift the lid to candle theceggs again or to see if i hear peeping before i talk to someone who is educated in hatching.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
