I have two lavender orps and not a lot is making me think this one is a cockerel except for the sounds it is making. No crows yet but all the other hens still sound like peeping chicks (all 10weeks old) and this one makes those "young boy who's voice is changing" sounds.. Like a cockerels screechy whine. Is this a way anyone else has used as a semi accurate way of sexing?
