actually, its neither. Hen or Roo are terms for adult chickens over a year old.
That said, the size comb and wattles on a 6 week old says that this is a cockerel.

Do you have anymore that age. The best way to tell if they are roosters at this point is if that one has a crown and waddles starting and the others do not then you have a rooster for sure

I would say that is a young cockerel.
