Lavender roo x black hens

So I have a lavender roo and almost all of my hens are black except one buff can anyone explain how I ended up with this chick hatching? The chicks I get from the lavender and buff are the chicks with the brown face and black body but I have no idea how I ended up with a mostly white chick
