Laws/regs for Wilmington, MA?

Can any local folks help me find the laws/regs for chickens in Wilmington MA? I looked on the town website but couldn't find what I was looking for.

Specifically:
1. what is the max # of chickens allowed? Does this number change depending on how much land you own?
2. What are rules regarding roosters? And again, if you have a sizeable property, does this change?
3. What are rules regarding selling eggs?

TIA! No chickens yet, just trying to plan ahead. We have >5 acres, hence the Qs about if rules change for more land.
