Layed A Yolk

My young sex link has been acting very strange lately...off by herself and sleeping lots...sleeps standing up even...this girl is laying such huge double yolk eggs...one every 3rd day... I wonder if it's caused internal damage?
Today she layed just a yolk right in front of me.
What do I do?

New layers will sometimes do this until their bodies adjust to the laying cycle.

If she stops laying and starts standing in a crouch, check to make sure she's not eggbound.

Thank you..yes she was crouched...and very sleepy..so now she's passed this yolk she will be fine?
What am I looking/checking for if she is egg bound? swollen? red?
