Layed eggs

My chickens just started laying and I was wondering how long after one is layed is it good for? Just collect every night and put them in the fridge or after so long do they go bad?

Hello from Michigan.
I'm referring to how long the egg can be outside in the coop for, I work 9am to 7:30pm. So would those eggs still be good as long I put them on the fridge when I get home...

Welcome to BYC. If collected daily and stored at moderate temperatures, eggs will be good for several weeks minimum.
