Okay so my four hens are about 4 months, and I also have a duck (selected at random from a group of straight run in the hopes of winning a female) that I am pretty sure is going to turn out to be a drake. They live together in the same run and hen house and eat out of the same feeder. I had them on Flock Raiser until about a week ago when I switched them over to Purina Layena pellets. Is it okay for drakes to eat Layena? I suppose I could switch them back to Flock Raiser on the next go around and just buy oyster shell, but thought I'd ask...
