laying and new hens ??

adding new hens to a flock can make some hens stopping laying.
so my question is how long will they stop laying for ??

Depends on how stressful it is. The smaller the set up, generally the higher the stress. Most will resume in 1-6 weeks, depending on how long before things calm down.
