Laying eggs

I have 3 chickens who like to lay their eggs in the same spot as each other but they all seem to want to do it at the same time and then they get upset when the others are trying to lay. What can I do? I have other nests but they all like this one.

Sometimes chickens act just like humans - they want what the 'other guy' has. Try putting fake eggs in some of the other nest boxes and the hens MAY use different nest sites.
