Laying food or growing still

I got my first egg today. Three of my hens are laying age, the rest are a month -2 months behind them. They are all together and do great. But should I swith to laying crumbles or stick to grower and add a dish of oyster shells?

Also, the egg was fertile. Seems my crowless rooster has been doing his job.

I know he's a rooster but I won't get rid of him till he's a nusance.
