Cinnamon queens, also known as red stars or red sex-links, are laying machines! They lay 5-7 eggs a week on average. And as long as they are healthy and depending on the time of year, they should lay daily. And it also depends on age.

That depends upon how old they are. First year pullets/hens may lay as frequently as daily. Second year hens will not lay quite as frequently.

Welcome to BYC. Glad you decided to join our flock. Cinnamon Queen is one of a number of labels under which some hatcheries market their Red Sex Links which are egg laying machines. Red Sex Links (including those sold under the Cinnamon Queen label) will typically lay 6, occasionally 7 large, brown eggs per hen per week, and they easily churn out more than 300 eggs per hen per year.
