laying hens/cooking ideas

It's gonna be that time again soon in which I will have to cull about a 18 white rocks that are over three years old.

Any good recipes for stewing hens?

I must admit I have chicken n dumplings, stew, soup, salad and pot pie down to an art. My friends don't let me cook the above unless they are invited for dinner on a cold winters day.


I would like to try something different
