Leaky Roof Help Please!!

I have a metal roof, the type that overlaps and it is a few years old now and is saggy in a few areas and collects water in puddles on top. well they drip through and soak my chicken coop inside. Anyone have a problem like this and find an easy solution??? Thanks

Silicon caulk where the holes are.

You can also use a tar-based caulk, ask at the hardware store, and it might be possible to prop the roof with pieces of 2x4's that cross corrugated sections between the roof joists. Might strengthen the roof enough to make it last years longer.

I highly recommend peel and stick roll roofing; I've had terrrific luck with it. You might want to take steps to shore up the sagginess, of course.

If it's sagging, you'll just throw good money after bad. Take care of that first.
