My ducks have their own little house and they haven't been out all day. Not even for water. Should I be concerned?

Whats do you think the problem is? They shouldn't be going all day without food and water - that's not good for them. Has a predator or some other threat scared them? If so you need to do what you can to reassure them and make them feel safe. Maybe start by bringing them food and water in their house.

I did just put a better door on yesterday I'm not sure if that freaked them out but other than that there has been no changes also I didn't have them in there when I changed the door

My ducks are scared by the slightest change. Today my son offered one of them a nibble of his apple core - which she'd never seen before - and that sent her running into the house. I would do what you can to coax them out of the house - offer treats, etc. If they won't come on their own, pick them up and carry them out. They're obviously scared, so do whatever you can to make it a calm and pleasant experience until the realize everything is okay. They might be dehydrated at this point, so make sure they drink before going to bed.

It is semi new. They have been in there for three months and haven't had any issues before. Update they seem to be alright. I put water and food inside there house

I’d start getting the food an water closer and closer to the door so you can eventually get it right outside or your going to have a big mess inside. Ducks are slobs
