Came home to 15 duck eggs! They weren't laying yet when I left. I have two hens who were hatched in May. Was surprised the woman who came to feed them and let them out each day didn't gather the eggs since I'd told her she could have any eggs they might lay while we were gone. Also surprised by the number of eggs!
Two of the eggs so far have had double yolks. Is that normal? Anything to be concerned about? And is the green circled area evidence of one of them trying to nest?
