Leg joint lump- newbie please help

I am new to caring for chickens and have become responsible for over 100 of them a week ago.

we have a fancy curly feather that is 4 months old and started to hop on one leg. I picked her up to check it and she has a hard lump on the side of her joint. Her leg is also stuck bent, she nor I can straighten it. Can a slipped ligament cause a lump? I felt it and it didn't feel to the side. Not sure what to do. I cannot give her antibiotics either. We are a certified organic farm and abx are against the rules
