My bourbon red turkey roosts on the top of a horse stall in our barn. I found her hanging upside down with her leg caught in the runner of the door. It was wedged in and I had to forcibly remove it. It does not appear to be broken but is very scraped up, swollen, and has 1 cut. She is not bearing any weight on it and not moving around. I have cleaned it, sprayed it with vitrmycin and am keeping a bandage on it. Anything else I can do? Thanks for your help.
