leg problem

I think my newborn chick has a spraddle leg. It is out to the side slightly. It hatched yesterday after breaking internal membrane 2½ days prior. It is not using the leg. Doesn't look deformed. Can I wrap it anyway? My phone won't let me upload pictures.

You can tape the legs with a band-aid to hold it in the correct position. Some pics and instructions here:
