Leg Problems

I have 3 pekins ducklings. They are 2 weeks old. I just recently noticed that one of them legs are bowed out at the hip joint. My other ducklings of different breeds are fine. Any help/advise?

Sounds like it could be splay leg or spraddle leg. Duckling should be splinted if that's the case. You can do a search for "splay leg" here on the forum and come up with a lot of results and splinting info.

I wanted to thank you for the help. I ended up hobbling their legs and they are now walking much better.

Great news...Its alwasys great to hear about the sucess people have had fixing up little ones with minor ailments. Great job and hope this little one doesnt give you any furthewr trouble.
