Leg wound-Help

My hen has a open leg wound-no idea what happened. It smells infected. I tried everything to no avail. Antibiotic ointment, cleaning with hydrogen peroxide, alcohol, wrapping, not wrapping. It almost looks like a tumor ? We do not have any vets that treat poultry in my area.

Please, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
