Leghorn Genetics and Personality Questions

Hi all, I have some California Grey Leghorn hens (I have other chickens also) and am planning on getting more hens and a rooster. If I breed them, will their offspring lay as well as the parents? I guess my OEGB has to go broody first! Another question: Are Leghorn roosters more aggressive than most breeds? Thanks!
