Lemon Cuckoo Orpington Roosters?

Bought three pullets, suspected one to be a roo when I brought them home, now I suspect all three. Thoughts?

they all look like cockerels to me. I'd be looking for a refund.

I initially got 3 lemon cuckoos, and a black copper marans. He threw in a splash marans as well. When I contacted him to let him know the splash and one of the lemons looked like males, he asked for pics (the other two lemons did not look particularly roostery at that time), and replaced both of them. When I got them home, the blush on the other two had increased dramatically, and looked nothing like the for sure pullets he gave me as replacements. He told me to keep an eye on them and send him pics. I just wanted to confirm :/ I guess I will send him updated pictures. More than anything, it sucks because I drove quite far for these birds, twice now.

I picked them up around Dec. 27th, they were almost feathered at that point. I have a "replacement" the seller gave me that is the same age, and looks nothing like these guys. Hang on, I will get a pic of her.
