Here, have some eggs instead then.

Alan, you have to boil or slow cook the tongue and then peel it while it is still warm. They dont peel well raw or cold. Then they can be sliced and grilled or shredded. No matter how you want to serve it always pre-cook it to tenderize or it is really tough. Good luck let me know how it goes!
