Less than a Year old Roosters

We have 10 Roosters that are around a year old. I plan on Butchering them. Is that too old?

It is not too old, but it won't be KFC. You will need to let them rest until the rigor has passed, and then cook slow and low. Meat will be good for creating chicken broth, casseroles and soup.
