In Idaho it can rain, snow and be sunny all in 25 minutes! Right now its 48° and kinda clowdy. In january my DH and BIL where working out of town and I was staying with my sister and we had a power outage and it was like -10° she has wood heat so we where warm. We couldn't get DHs retarded genorater to start and she had 2 day old chicks. So we put a blankit over them. It was out about 5 hours and the chicks did great! It was really fun for the kids because we all told stories around a few candles. My kids still talk about it!
