I just recently bought 6 2 week old Easter Egger chicks on Craigslist. All are healthy except for one black chick. It sits ontop of the heat plate all puffed up with its eyes closed. It doesn’t join the other chicks while eating and drinking. What do I do?

On a 20% starter/grower that’s all my other chicks are on. Crop didn’t feel hard but was full. I don’t see any bloody poop in the brooder but there’s 5 other Easter Eggers and 4 smaller chicks in with the sick chick.
I'd use corrid since you only see bloody poops in heavy cases of Coccidosis. Are these in quarantine away from other birds, if you have them?

Photos?

Photos of the chick, it's poop?

Is the crop emptying overnight?

Corid won't hurt them if you want to start the chicks on it. But I'd check that crop!
Liquid Corid dose is 2tsp or Powdered Corid Dose is 1 1/2tsp per gallon of water given for 5-7 days as the only source of drinking water.
Do not add any extra vitamins/electrolytes that contain B1(Thiamine) to food or water during the course of treatment.

FWIW Seeing blood in the poo has nothing to do with a case of Coccidiosis being "heavy". There are 9 strains of Coccidiosis and only 2 present with blood in the poop, so being bloody would indicate the strain of Emeria.
