Lethargic 3 year old hen..

Got home from work today and did the normal chicken check in and watering. After watering I notice this one acting really lethargic and sleepy..she seems to want to close her eyes after every drink of water, not really seeing any other signs but not near as active as everyone else? I put an electrolyte water dish beside her hoping shed drink that..

well whatever was wrong with her we lost her yesterday

I'm really sorry. It can be hard to know what the problem is with birds. I usually get a necropsy (autopsy for animals) at the state lab, to help me know better in case it helps the other birds. :-(

Ive already gotten rid of her, but does that usually cost ? if so how much typically?

State labs often don't charge much. Some do it free. It depends on the state.
