Lethargic 4-1/2 month pullet

Just lays with her head down. No signs of respiratory distress. Her gullet feels normal. She’s not laying any eggs yet. Gave .25cc nutri-drench, water and egg yoke with yogurt. Anything else we can try? Have her inside with us where we can keep eye on her.
