Lethargic and Pale.. PLEASE HELP

I noticed this morning when I went to let my 6 chickens out that my Buff (Buffy) was laying under the waterer and it took her a minute to get up. Usually when I let them out she's waiting to just jump out and run around. She got out into the yard after a few minutes and just laid down in the grass. Her comb is really pale and she's not really moving... I brought her inside but I don't know what it could be. She was fine yesterday and laid an egg yesterday. She's never had thin or soft-shelled eggs...

I haven't seen her go to the bathroom since I noticed this (about an hour ago) so I can't see what consistency that is or if there are bugs/worms in it...

Feel of her crop to see if it is empty or full, hard or soft. Look her over around the vent, neck, and under wings for any lice or mites. Isolate her in a crate or pen, and put some paper towel or puppy pad down to collect any droppings. You might go ahead and insert a finger into her vent an inch or two, just to make sure she isn't egg bound. Offer her some water with electrolytes (or give Pedialyte or Gatorade.) Dehydration can make them weak. Chopped egg or tuna may tempt her to eat. How old is she, and was she vaccinated for anything? Has she lost weight recently through her breast area, or does her lower belly seem normal?

She's supposedly been vaccinated for Mercks and Coccidiosis (sp?) from the breeder we got her from last August (Murray McMurray), so she's about a little less than a year old, maybe 9-10 months. Her crop feels like a water balloon but not full at all. I'll admit I'm not sure what I'm doing with checking whether she's egg bound. I did try inserting my pinky into her vent but only got maybe about half inch in before some foul diarrhea came out (she doesn't go when I set her down, which is weird because I didn't seem the kind of consistency that she'd hold in.....) She hasn't lost any weight and I can't see any lice or mites on her anywhere.
