Lethargic and sickly

I have a chicken that’s not acting right. She stands in one spot and doesn’t move much. I’ve noticed that her comb is turning a dark color also. Any help would be appreciated.

Can you get some clear photos of both eyes?

Is she pooping? What's that like?

I would see if she'd take some sugar water or electrolytes. Watch to see if she will eat or you can offer her some wet mushy feed.

When was her last egg?

She's got some feather loss, is she being heavily mated or bullied by other hens?
