Any idea what I can do for my little one-year-old, Heihei? She's always been a very active girl. Yesterday she seemed ok but not her usual active self. Today she's very lethargic, just resting on the ground while the others are free ranging. It's been very hot and two days ago the hens ran out of water midday. I caught it in the evening and everyone else is fine. I've offered Heihei water with a splash of Gatorade but she won't take it, and she won't take mealworms either - however she never eats from our hands. Should I force her to drink with a dropper? Try some other natural remedy? Just wait and see?
Pic of her resting and her poop, which is green and foamy but not out of the ordinary for some of my hens. It took her several tries to release a stool, though her vent is clean.
All the hens dig in the dirt so the black around her nostril may be from that.

I would get some Hydro-Hen or a product like it. That's got probiotics and electrolytes all in one. The electrolytes for the dehydration and the probiotics will help her digestive tract thus the loose stools. You can give that to all of your chickens.

If you could bring her into the house for a day where it's cooler that would help her too.

I would stop treats for now and try just making a cool mash out of her layer feed. Ours think that's a treat!

I hope she gets better quickly! She's gorgeous!

Do you have any clearer photos of her poop?
What's the pinkish looking thing in the center?

When was her last egg? If she's not laid an egg and should have, then I'd start her on Calcium Citrate with D3, asap.

Check to see if her crop is emptying overnight.

Work on hydration. Giving the Gatorade is fine. You can also give a little sugar water or electrolytes. Do make fresh plain water available as well.

Thanks everyone - quick update:
She's eating and drinking a lot of the mash and gatorade mix.
BUT now I think it's something else. She is unable to stand. Yesterday she would stand out of desperation or flap her wings if we picked her up. Today her eyes and head are alert but she can't put weight on her legs, and won't even try - they're tucked under her. Her wings under her body are wet (I assume diarrhea) but at least she had some normal stools last night. Her crop doesn't seem empty, but the food and water is basically under her beak so she may have refueled all morning.
Wyrop Rock, I'm not sure what that was in the picture and it's not in the coop now.
