Lethargic chick foaming at the mouth

Help! My 8 week old light Brahma suddenly got very still, would eat her favorite treats and us now foaming at the mouth. I gave her some honey and acv water and she regurgitated some brownish stuff. It's seems like she's trying to get out more. Her crop isn'tt full but I think there's a lump in her throat. What else can I do to help her?
