Lethargic chick not eating, only sleeps.

She isn't growing like the rest of the chicks. I've been giving her ACV water and it isn't helping, and I gave her electrolyte water today and she's doing even worse than she was last night. I'm going to make her some scrambled eggs in a minute. What else can I do to help her?

I was giving her tiny bits of egg and some water and she started gasping, then spat up some mucuous. She's only a few days old. What should I do? It seems she may have an infection somehow. I've been washing my hands if I touch my adult chickens or go in their coop, so I'm hoping she didn't didn't catch something from them :/

Aww, poor baby. If you do not have a vet to take it to, I think putting it put of it's misery would be the best option. It is clearly suffering.

Yeah, I'm going to have to cull her. I don't know if what she has is contagious, but I suspect she may be inbred. One of her brothers is also kind of runty and has a squinty eye. I feel bad for her, but I think it's for the best, especially because she threw up all of the water I gave her. I don't think I have a good way to nurse her back to health, and my local avian vet has a limited schedule (and I have to go to work soon).

It's a sad thing to see such a cute, fuzzy little thing suffer, but if it refuses food and water and/or throws it up, I think ending its suffering would be the best thing. You said her brother is a runt. Go ahead and start giving him vitamins or scrambled egg(or boiled) and see if he'll improve. One of my Rhode chicks is a runt, and she loved scrambled and boiled egg! Now she is the sweetest and most spoiled of my now two month old flock!

Yeah, I called and they said I can drop her off tomorrow, and it's only $25. Hopefully whatever killed her isn't contagious

Sounds good! I hope it's nothing contagious, either. Keep your chicks area, waterer and feeder squeaky clean in the meantime just to be safe. Here's some vitamins you might like to try for your chicks. Can be found in Tractor Supply. I have also heard of Nutri-Drench and Rooster Booster.

How old was this chick?
Do you have other chicks where this one came from right now? If so go get a picture of their poop.
