Lethargic chick

Hello
I’m new to the chicken hobby. We just received our chicks 2 days ago. There is one that is a “runt” that is not eating or drinking on her own. She sleeps a lot and doesn’t run around like her sisters. I’ve been feeding her egg yolk and water from a syringe ever 2 hours over the last two days. She’s a little better but not much. Any insult or help would be appreciated. I’m getting attached to her.

Make a solution of chick-savr or similar in water.
Use the mix to wet down some chick crumbles into a wet mash. Dip her beak in it to see if she will eat by herself, if not you will have to feed her every few hours.
If she doesn't start eating soon, she will starve out and die.
Keep her warm Hopefully she will turn around soon
