Lethargic chicken, barely eats / drinks

Help!

The leader of our flock"Terry" a Naked Neck Turken, is not doing well is all.
We noticed it yesterday, she was completely lethargic and wouldn't move at all.
We isolated her and brought her in the house in a dog crate to warm up (its been 0 to 15 degrees the past few days)
The rest of the flock is perfectly healthy, the coop is well ventilated and cleaned regularly.

Her crop was basically empty, but she won't eat or drink.
No cuts, or mites. She had her neck retracted close to her body, and wouldn't even stand yesterday.

After a night of isolation and warmth she is doing a little better. She had her head lifted up and will stand as of this morning. Not sure what else I can do other than some TLC.

Should I give her a warm salt bath?

There was no egg in the crate this morning, but she is a late layer.

No baths please. Welcome to BYC. How old is she? Getting warm really can help with a sick chicken. Put some electrolytes and vitamins, such as SaveAChick in her water. Offer some chopped egg, tuna, or meal worms to tempt her. Some chickens really love watery chick feed, so you can also try that. How do her droppings look? If she is fairly young, she could be suffering from coccidiosis, especially if she is having runny droppings or if there is blood. Let us know how she is doing later today.

Thanks for the help! She is 4 years old. The warmth and some TLC seems to have fixed her up. I gave her some tuna and her normal food, she is eating and drinking again. And making her noises! It's finally above freezing outside (and the snow is all gone), she will be heading back out tomorrow to the flock. What a scare!
