Lethargic Chicken- Is she sick or just getting old?

Hey everyone,

We have a gray chicken that looks sort of like a Silkie (but not quite) and she has been acting quite lethargic lately. She doesn't do much. Just in the past day, she stayed in the coop all day and wouldn't come out. She is an adult chicken; we've had her for about a year and a half but she was already several months old when we got her. Is she just getting old or is she sick? Please help!

That isn't that old; chickens can live 10 or 15 years. Have you ever wormed her or treated for lice/mites?
