Mites can make them anemic so if you see mites that might be the cause of the problem. You'll need to treat their bedding or get rid of it and where they sleep too and them.

He had a poop! I do have a vet here that I've taken them to before, but I don't really have the money for it. I will call tomorrow and see if they can run a fecal sample without an appointment, but I think otherwise they'd start with a blood draw. Two years ago I took him because he was acting weird but I couldn't get an appointment for a week and by the time I took him he was back to normal. They drew blood and said he was just slightly dehydrated. I don't want to spend all that money if it's not going to do much.

I think he might have a bacterial infection.

Oh wow The vet who sees ducks wasn't in when I called. I'll call them again and see about getting antibiotics

The vet probably won't give you antibiotics without seeing her, so I suggest you take her in ASAP.

I really don't have the money for a vet. Havin a baby here in a few weeks. I took a sample into the vet today, so we should have some answers by Monday. Otherwise his energy is up, he's gained a little weight back, and he isn't sleeping as much. I think he's on the mend

What kinda of bacteria would cause an infection in ducks? Just any kind?
