Need some advice. Chicken lethargic, poofy, droopy wings, brown watery diarrhea, no blood. Seems weak, eyes look sleepy, Still eating and drinking intrigued by certain foods. I treated for sour crop due to morning squishy crop which seems to have resolved. Also dewormed with valbazen, Comb is a darker red , nothing pale. What else could this be? HELP!

How old is she?
When is the last time she laid an egg?

Photos of her and her poop may be helpful.

Check her for lice/mites, re-check to see if her crop empties in the morning. Feel her abdomen for bloat or fluid.
Symptoms of a crop not emptying are often due to an underlying condition or illness. Reproductive disorders like cancer, EYP, Salpingitis, etc. can be common in laying hens. Infection, worms and Coccidiosis can also contribute to symptoms as well.

Work on the crop and keep her hydrated.

Thanks for your reply :).

She is 3 years old, hasn't laid for some time. Her crop was full last night and near empty this morning. Felt just a little bit of "doughy"lettover. Which is an improvement from feeling huge and watery. I've been treating with miconazole and giving probiotics & electrolytes. She is still hunched over sleepy and lethargic. Her belly feels normal to me, but then again I'm not really sure what her abdomen should feel like. Similar to my other birds.

I am lost with my next steps. I don't want to throw everythint but the kitchen sink at her if that makes sense. I have tylan on hand, and corrid. Not sure what else I should do. No avain vet nearby accepting new patients.

Today is day 6. Twice daily 1cc. She was recently on antibiotics (tylan) for an upper resp infection and I stupidly fed her bread weeks after. I assume it's from that:(. Or at least I hope.
