I found my hen on the outside of the coop this afternoon. Apparently I accidentally shut her out by herself in the run this morning. The hen is lethargic and just sitting there with her eyes closed. Then has no injuries or anything that I can see wrong with her. She was fine this morning. I have had chickens for years. This is the first time I have ever had to deal with anything like this. I brought her in the house and placed her in a box with food and water with some electrolytes in the water. She is not eating or drinking. I’m not sure what is going on with her. Any info on what I should do is greatly appreciated

Was she without water or food for a long time? How old is she? I would try to dip her beak into water. Offer some wet chicken feed with a lot of water, cooked egg or whatever she will take.
