Lethargic hen

Hi, I have a cream legbar x hen that has been very lethargic for the past few days. She has been eating and drinking. Yesterday, I picked her up and felt 2 semi-circular lumps in her crop, and her crop was a bit swollen. She doesn't have a sour crop, there was no sour smell. I don't really know how to describe them, but they are still in her crop today. I don't know what they are and how I could get rid of them. Any advice appreciated.

When I picked her up this morning her crop felt like putty, when I gently squished it it stayed in the same shape. The lumpy things were still there. She drank some electrolytes, I think it's impacted crop? What should I do to get rid of it?
