Lethargic keeps eyes closed

I had four young hens who were just standing around with their eyes closed. I departed them , gave them electrolytes and antibiotics in their water. Three are now fine but still separated. One I put by herself because it’s been a week and she just perches with her eyes closed. She eats and drinks. When she does open her eyes they look cloudy. What is wrong with her and how do I treat it? Thanks in advance!

Also the 4th sick chicken did seem to get better for a day when the other chickens started to get better.
