Lethargic, pale hen ((pictures))

My hen is aboit 7 months old and is acting lethargic and looks pale to me. I cant get her to drink water and shes eating very little. I have treated her for being egg bound, but I'm not sure if thats the case. Her poop is runny and yellow. Does anyone know what could cause this??

How's her crop? When mine get a crop issue, the poop looks very similar and the behaviour is the same.

@MandS We took her to the vet and yes, it was an impacted crop. Thank you for the help
